Strom BJJ, LLC Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of products purchased from Strom BJJ, LLC. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms outlined herein. The following terms are final and binding.

1. Order Processing Times

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 2-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Note: Any order placed after 3:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

    • Shipping Option 1: Standard Ground Shipping, 3-5 business days, $5.00

    • Option 2: Expedited Shipping, 1-2 business days, 25.00

    • Option 3:  Free Shipping for orders over $100.00, 5-7 business days]

  • International Shipping: WE DO NOT SHIP 

3. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses: We do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. You must provide a valid street address for all shipments.

  • Geographical Restrictions: We do not ship to the following regions or countries: [Insert Restricted Locations]. Orders placed to these locations will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued.

 

4. Delivery & Tracking

  • Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking status and be available to receive your package.

 

5. Service Interruptions

  • Carrier Delays: Strom BJJ, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates.

  • Delivery Issues: If your package is lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly due to an issue with the shipping carrier, you must contact the carrier directly. Strom BJJ, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

 

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failure to accept delivery, or other issues under your control, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the package. If you choose not to have the package re-shipped, we will refund the cost of the product, minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with any missing or damaged items:

  • You must report the issue to us within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours] of receipt by emailing [Insert Contact Information].

  • You must provide photos of the damaged items and the packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from delays, shipment errors, or issues caused by the carrier.

  • Our liability is strictly limited to replacing or refunding the purchase price of damaged or defective products.
